The German newspaper Die Zeit writes about Yves Nicolier’s initiative offered trough Trip4Real, with the support of chef Ferrán Adrià in the tourism promotion. Visits to La Boquería market and hand on cooking workshops in a private house makes visitants live a real cooking experience like a local would do.
