Experience what almost every Catalan does in the season of calçots: an onion that looks like a leek and tastes like a very special type of onion.
We will come together to prepare the calçots to be cooked on the fire. We will also prepare the fire itself by collecting the wood.
We will also elaborate our own Romesco sauce, which we will use to dip the fired calçots in. Lamb ribs and pork sausages will be barbecued while we eat the calçots.
Live a real Calçotada like a local, doing your own fire and sharing wine in the Porrons while eating calçots and grilling meat.
